Welcome, I’m Dr. Hannah!
I became a naturopathic doctor because I know how transformative it is to feel truly heard.
For years, I tried to piece together the puzzle of my health. I know what it feels like to navigate PCOS and IVF largely on my own. Despite reading, researching, and advocating, I often felt like I was carrying it all without support, without clarity, and without anyone connecting the dots.
Now, I offer the kind of care I once longed for: compassionate, thoughtful, and rooted in relationship. I work as a teammate in your healing, being someone who listens deeply, honors your intuition, and walks alongside you as we reconnect the threads of your health.
I believe in weaving together the best of both worlds: the science of modern medicine with the wisdom of traditional healing. I’m especially drawn to the rhythms of nature, the language of the body, and the quiet power of plant medicine. I turn to herbs, nutrition, gentle therapies, and thoughtful lab work to create care plans that are evidence-based, collaborative, and deeply personalized. I believe healing doesn’t have to be extreme or all at once. It can be gentle and layered, unfolding in ways that feel both manageable and meaningful.
I grew up in Scarborough, but have spent much of my life visiting my grandparents in Millinocket and Addison in Washington County. After medical school, I quickly returned back to Maine to plant my roots. These days, I live in Bangor with my husband and our rescue pup, Lettie.
